Helping Sustain our Trails for Future Generations

MTTA is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that has been in existence since 1990. It is the largest No Fee XC Ski and Snowshoe Hut-to-Hut Trail System in North America, and is a unique northwest jewel unlike any other system. The trail system is maintained and operated by an all volunteer labor team who contribute 9,000 hours each year to make your Ski Hut experience a safe and enjoyable one. MTTA is prohibited from charging a Trail Fee by Washington state statute and therefore, must rely on grants and donations from individuals and corporations in order to keep this trail operating. This winter season of 2003/2004, MTTA will see an all time record trail usage for both day and overnight use. This ski trail system would not be possible without your continued strong participation and financial donations.

MTTA has developed a Partnership Program for individuals and corporations to take an active part in keeping this trail system operational and financially healthy well into the next decade. With your help and support, please consider becoming an MTTA Partner and show your support by having the best XC Ski and Snowshoe Hut-to-Hut Trail System in North America. Challenge your friends, or company at whatever level of financial support you can give, and don't forget its tax deductible. Mail a check to MTTA Partnership Program and send it in. This is your trail system in your own backyard.
