It's easy to apply for a reservation:

New to our system? Checkout our Huts page first, then learn about our reservations process, fees and rules. Note that winter season hut reservations open at our Gala Fundraiser in mid-November - they are not available ealier.
Check On-Line Availability. Identify the huts and dates your are interested in.
Be sure you understand all of our rules.
Complete a hut reservation application. Send in your applications promptly, as reservations are not held or confirmed until a completed form and applicable fees have been received.

If you can't find a weekend reservation, please be aware that most weekend hut reservations are made at our annual Fall Gala Event in mid-November. This is your first chance to get those coveted weekend hut reservations. Plan on attending!

On weekdays, you can check berth availability at Whittaker Mountaineering at 1-800-238-5756.

If you're in Ashford during the day:

On winter season weekends, stop by our office behind the Fire Station at the west end of Ashford.
On weekdays, stop by Whittaker Mountaineering near the center of Ashford on the North side of Highway 706.
