Options for voting on the proposed changes to the (old) current Article of Incorporation:
A membership meeting is scheduled to be held on January 13, 2007, starting at 10 am at the Department of Natural Resources work center. The work center is located five miles south of the town of Elbe on highway 7 (driving south towards Morton) on the left side of the highway. Phone number at the work space is 360-492-5031 and you can call for additional directions starting a 9:30 am.
MTTA members in good standing (dues are current) can vote on the proposed changes in person or they can assign their vote to a proxy. Ballots will be mailed to all members in the December News and members can also mail their ballot in the security envelop placed in the self addressed stamped envelop provided.
Verbal votes will be counted starting at 10:15 am, followed by counting mailed ballots.
